About the Role
As a Workplace Planning Associate, you will be part of the Workplace Planning and Advice team, engaging with participants through outbound and inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include assisting participants with their service needs, guiding them through their 401(k) options, and developing expertise in consultative calls. You will receive comprehensive training to prepare for FINRA licensing exams and will have opportunities for career growth within Fidelity.
About You
Required:
- Outstanding client relationship experience and understanding of a sales process.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting, both at home and in the office.
- Aptitude to complete FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 upon hire.
Preferred:
- Knowledge or experience in sales or the consultative relationship process.
- Demonstrated accountability and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
