Linklaters Americas is seeking a Workplace Service Owner to join their team in New York, United States. The role involves managing the delivery, performance, and continual improvement of workplace technology services.
About the Role
As a Workplace Service Owner, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of critical workplace technology services, ensuring they are reliable, secure, and aligned with user needs. Your tasks will include providing Level 2 support, implementing service roadmaps, collaborating with Product Owners, monitoring service performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will also drive continuous improvement and manage risks associated with workplace systems.
About You
Required:
Proven experience managing or delivering workplace technology services in complex, multinational or professional services environments.
Solid understanding of both digital and physical workplace solutions, including workplace technology, office management systems, and core applications.
Experience handling Level 2 service escalations, with well-developed problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of effectively engaging product owners, end users, and cross-functional support teams.
Demonstrated ability to use and interpret service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.
Knowledge of relevant internal policy and external regulatory frameworks in areas such as health and safety and data privacy.
Experience planning for workplace capacity and adapting services to meet changing patterns of demand.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Benefits
Base salary range between $104k and $156k.
Total compensation package may include overtime pay, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits.
