About the Role
As a Wound Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for improving the lives of residents by delivering high standards of wound care. Your duties will include assisting the Treatment Doctor and wound care team, providing wound care services, observing changes in residents' conditions, and ensuring a safe environment. You will also be involved in lifting, turning, and repositioning residents during care delivery.
About You
Required:
- Valid and unencumbered State of Illinois nursing license.
- C.P.R. certification.
- One (1) year of Wound Care experience preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
