About the Role
As a Wound Care Nurse (LPN/RN), you will conduct thorough assessments of wounds, develop and implement individualized care plans, perform wound cleansing and dressing changes, monitor for signs of infection, and educate residents and staff on wound care. You will collaborate with a care team to ensure continuity of treatment and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Current, valid LPN or RN license in the state.
- Wound Care Certification.
- Prior wound care experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
