About the Role
As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring wounds, making clinical decisions, and creating/maintaining treatment plans for successful wound care management. Your duties will include traveling to various locations for wound rounds, performing bedside wound care skills, tracking wound healing progress, and educating patients and staff on wound management.
About You
Required:
- Valid unrestricted state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Graduate degree in nursing.
- Desire to work with the geriatric population.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred:
- Home Health Experience.
- Wound Certified.
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner Program.
