About the Role
As a Wrestling - Ratio Coach, you will work alongside the assistant coach to ensure student athletes develop academically and athletically. Your responsibilities include promoting the sport, attending practices and contests, ensuring safety training, and modeling sportsmanship and ethical behavior. You will also be involved in administrative tasks such as supervising participants, reporting scores, and maintaining program equipment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sport-specific playing and/or coaching experience in a secondary and/or post-secondary athletics program.
Preferred:
- Two or more years of paid high school and/or post-secondary sport-specific coaching experience.
- Completion of the National Federation Coaching Fundamentals Course.
