About the Role
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as established policies. Your duties will include preparing various food items, ensuring compliance with dietary needs, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting in food service operations. You will also be involved in menu planning and ensuring that meals are served at the correct times and temperatures.
About You
Required:
Minimum of six months paid experience in quantity food preparation.
Formal or on-the-job training in food preparation and kitchen management.
Preferred:
Knowledge of therapeutic diets.
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions including calculations.
