Comcast is seeking an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (Bilingual Preferred) to join their team in Sugar Land, TX. The role focuses on assisting and consulting customers on Comcast's products and services to deliver a world-class sales and service experience.
About the Role
The Retail Sales Consultant passionately represents Comcast products and services, providing demonstrations to educate customers. They take a customer-first approach, listen to customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, achieve sales and customer experience goals, perform onboarding activities, handle operational and administrative tasks, partner with customer care to resolve issues, and comply with company policies. The role requires working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and may involve lifting up to 25 pounds and moving about the store constantly. Bilingual skills are preferred.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move about the store constantly.
Demonstrated sales skills and professionalism with integrity and a warm demeanor.
Preferred:
Bilingual proficiency.
