Comcast is seeking an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant to join their team in Sacramento, CA. The role involves working directly with customers in a retail location, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting Comcast/Xfinity products.
About the Role
As an Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant, you will evaluate customer needs, assist with account management, answer service-related questions, and act as a brand ambassador for Comcast products. You will maintain detailed product knowledge and contribute to a competitive and fun retail environment.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics or wireless retail sales.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and stand/move about the store constantly.
Preferred:
Experience in a retail sales environment.
Strong customer service skills and technical knowledge.
