About You
- Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood, recreation, human services or equivalent.
- Two or more years of related supervisory experience in school-aged childcare, teen programming, and/or day camping.
- Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements and YMCA standards.
- Good interpersonal, public relations, and communication skills.
- Skills in staff and volunteer supervision, community program development, and fundraising.
- Ability to drive a bus and respond to safety and emergency situations.
