About the Role
As a Youth ACT Team Lead Social Worker, you will oversee client intake, assessments, service plans, and discharge procedures while ensuring compliance with standards. You will manage the team's budget, billing, and productivity, and provide administrative and clinical supervision. Your responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, delivering psychotherapy, and offering individual, family, and group counseling.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Licensed Professional: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHP, LCAT, LMFT or related license.
- Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment.
Preferred:
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Office of Mental Health regulations and mental disorder diagnosis and treatment.
