About the Role
As a Youth Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct care for youth, participating in recreational activities, and assisting with daily living skills. You will also complete required training, administer medication, provide transportation, and serve as a role model while ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in child welfare services.
Preferred:
- Experience and expertise working with youth.
- Passion for working with at-risk youth and their families.
