About the Role
As a Youth Case Aide, you will assist the youth team in providing after-school and summer high school mentoring services, implementing REP curriculum lessons, providing small group mentoring, and offering language and cultural support. You will also help families enroll students in school, educate them on school protocols, and connect them to community resources. Your responsibilities include providing interpretation, attending planning meetings, leading activities, and maintaining communication with caregivers and families.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience working with youth or being served by IRC as a client.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Pashto.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated success achieving goals and communicating cross-culturally.
- Ability to interpret in one-on-one and group settings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
