As a Youth Development Counselor Manager, you will review and develop treatment programs, represent the Bureau of Juvenile Justice Services in training, oversee clinical staff, and implement treatment initiatives. You will also assess training needs and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations and best practice guidelines.
About You
Required:
- One year of experience as a Youth Development Counselor Supervisor or equivalent.
- Two years of professional counseling experience with court-adjudicated or socially maladjusted individuals, one of which was supervisory, and a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, special education, juvenile justice, or criminal justice.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment programs for at-risk youth.
- Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
Benefits
- Starting annual salary of $77,379.00.
- Full-time employment with a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
