About the Role
As a Youth Development Enrichment Instructor, you will be responsible for implementing enrichment lesson/activity plans, supervising children, assisting with daily operations, maintaining positive relationships with children and parents, and ensuring compliance with safety and reporting policies. You will also participate in family nights and staff training.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications and Child Abuse prevention trainings.
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement age-appropriate program activities.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working with children in a developmental setting.
- Experience/expertise in an enrichment area.
- Previous experience with diverse populations.
