About the Role
As a Youth Development Professional, you will be responsible for creating an environment that promotes youth development outcomes, implementing and administering programs for members, and ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere. You will also engage with members, guide them, and participate in staff meetings to enhance program quality.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Experience in working with children
- Knowledge of youth development
- Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems
- Ability to deal with the general public
- Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment
Preferred:
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Valid identification
