About the Role
As a Youth Mentor, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences for children, implementing and planning curriculum, conducting child observations, and maintaining effective communication with parents. You will also ensure that the learning environment is organized and equipped with quality materials, while participating in team meetings and community campaigns.
About You
Required:
- Degree from an accredited college or university in education or human services related field.
- 2+ years verified child care experience (2500 hours).
- Passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment.
- Ability to pass all relevant clearances and keep up to date on trainings.
