About the Role
As a Youth Mentor, you will be responsible for finding engaging ways to help children learn, implementing and planning curriculum, conducting weekly child observations, and maintaining effective communication with parents. You will also ensure that learning centers are well-organized and equipped with quality materials, and participate in team-planning meetings.
About You
Required:
- Achievement of a degree from an accredited college or university in an education or human services related field.
- 2+ years verified child care experience (2500 hours).
- Ability to pass all relevant clearances and keep up to date on trainings.
