About the Role
As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic environment for young players. Your duties will include coaching soccer skills, engaging with children and parents, and ensuring a fun learning experience. You will need to be available for weekday evenings and weekends, and work through the Summer and Winter seasons.
About You
Required:
- Passionate about working with and engaging young children.
- Availability on weekday evenings and/or weekends.
- Reliable and professional demeanor.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents.
- Physically fit and able to coach for 2+ hours.
Preferred:
- Experience coaching girls soccer.
- Experience with young child sports organizations or soccer environments.
- Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset.
