About the Role
As a Youth Support Partner, you will work with youth and their families throughout Delaware County who are participating in the High Fidelity Family Teams Process. Your responsibilities will include providing support and guidance during meetings, helping to complete individualized plans, and assisting youth in developing their own support teams. You will leverage your personal experiences to help youth navigate systems and build natural supports within their communities.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience handling complex emotional and behavioral needs.
- Life experience that provides a diverse understanding of the struggles faced by youth with complex emotional needs.
- Experience navigating child-serving systems such as mental health, child welfare, probation, and education.
