About the Role
As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 supervision to clients, engaging with youth, supporting them through the level system, and ensuring quality care in health, safety, and hygiene. You will also model effective relationships, accompany youth to various appointments, and confront negative behaviors appropriately.
About You
Required:
- Minimum possession of a High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in group work involving direct care and interaction with children.
- Must successfully complete Safety Crisis Management (SCM) training.
- A valid driver’s license from NY, NJ, or CT is required.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work varied hours as required.
