About the Role
As a YouTube Creator Lead, you will take direct accountability for the Partnership Ads business, using data-driven performance analysis to prove creator effectiveness and scale client investment. You will pioneer growth by scaling collaborations between top advertisers and YouTube creators, serve as the resident expert on the YouTube landscape, and partner with internal teams to optimize client results.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience developing customer strategy solutions and working with executive leadership.
Preferred:
- Experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media strategy, brand partnerships, or related fields.
- Experience using performance data to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
- Experience developing and executing creator-led marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
- Knowledge of the YouTube platform.
- Understanding of the broader digital advertising and creator economy landscape.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
