Summary
UST is seeking a Lead iOS Developer to join their team remotely. The role involves leading the development of high-performance native iOS applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge solutions across Apple devices.
About the Role
As a Lead iOS Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. You will collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to define app features and architecture, ensure application performance and quality, diagnose and resolve issues, integrate with backend tools, conduct testing, maintain clean code, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with Android developers for platform consistency.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in iOS development
- Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
- Strong knowledge of iOS frameworks and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
- Experience with mobile design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and MVP
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON-based backend integration
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools and performance tuning
- Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud messaging APIs
- Knowledge of analytics, crash reporting tools, and Firebase
- Strong understanding of accessibility and secure coding practices
- Experience with TDD and test automation frameworks
