Summary
Saragossa is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer – Quant Trading Systems to join their team in the Greater Chicago Area. The role involves maintaining complex automated trading systems and driving strategic change across the platform.
About the Role
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be the first SRE hire into the firm, responsible for owning various production issues and driving strategic change across the platform. You will work on a platform used by all members of the firm, contributing to its improvement and efficiency. Your technical skills will be crucial, and you will collaborate with engineers who have experience in FAANG and top hedge funds.
About You
Required:
- Strong Python experience.
- Strong observability skills, with experience using Grafana.
- Proficiency in Linux systems and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Kubernetes and configuration management.
