Revelyst is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in San Diego, CA. The role involves providing initial technical support to end-users and resolving general support issues.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technology and software issues for end-users via telephone, email, and remote desktop tools. You will document customer issues, develop helpdesk documentation, assist with returns and repairs, and upsell new items.
About You
Required:
College level education in Computers, Networking, or Golf or similar work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly assess client requests and identify solutions.
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 Operating Systems and newer.
Previous computer or customer support experience.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of Android, iOS, database usage, and audio-visual setup.
Computer Networking Experience.
Golf Knowledge.
