True Harmony Company is seeking a Cannabis Finished Products Manager to join their team at their state-of-the-art cannabis facility in Ely, Nevada. The role involves leading post-harvest operations to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in cannabis processing.
About the Role
As a Cannabis Finished Products Manager, you will oversee the entire post-harvest process, including harvest management, drying and curing, shucking and trimming, quality control, packaging, and distribution. You will lead a team, implement quality standards, and ensure compliance with regulations while managing inventory and logistics.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in post-harvest cannabis processing.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing multiple stages of production.
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis harvest, drying, curing, trimming, and packaging processes.
- Strong understanding of cannabis compliance regulations and product safety requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and standard office software.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Agent Card.
