- Excellent communication, organizational, and writing skills.
- Master’s degree in Knowledge Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools and platforms.
- Experience with onboarding program design and facilitation.
