About the Role

As a Project Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects, interacting with the shop floor, and ensuring project health. You will lead a team of engineers, perform risk assessments, and communicate directly with customers to establish requirements and deliverables. Your role will also include monitoring project financial performance and identifying process improvement areas.

About You

Required:

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
5+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and managing strategic initiatives.
Expertise in leading complex engineering projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced project management abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage confidential data and executive-level discussions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
