Summary

About the Role
As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to implement category strategies, conducting supply market analyses, optimizing costs, and developing negotiation strategies. You will interact with Executive Leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive performance improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant Business/Technical discipline.
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, or general Supply Chain leadership experience.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant technical discipline.
- HVAC manufacturing experience related to planning and supply chain activities.
