Your responsibilities will include providing spiritual leadership, engaging with coaches and athletes, overseeing volunteer recruitment and training, managing finances, and connecting with local churches and financial partners.
About You
Required:
- Agreement with FCA's Christian Community Statement.
- Experience in spiritual leadership and discipleship.
Preferred:
- Background in non-profit organizations or ministry.
- Skills in volunteer management and community engagement.
