Summary

About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. You will collaborate with nursing staff to monitor patient conditions and report any changes. Your role is essential in maintaining a supportive and healing environment within the healthcare setting.
About You
Required:
- Current and valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification as required by state regulations.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and meet health screening requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care environment.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Additional training in dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
