Summary
Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an IT Cybersecurity Analyst IV-Patch Management (PM) to join their team in Edison, NJ. The role involves strategic support, development, and advanced operation of the enterprise-wide patch management program.
About the Role
As an IT Cybersecurity Analyst IV-Patch Management (PM), you will lead the deployment of security patches and updates across all HMH systems and applications, ensuring system security and stability. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and maintain the PM strategy, oversee the PM lifecycle, and provide guidance on best practices. The position requires travel to HMH locations for on-site support as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in a cybersecurity-related role with significant patch management experience.
- High level of knowledge in patch management methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with scripting languages for automating patch management tasks.
- Experience with enterprise patch management solutions.
Preferred:
- Experience in integrating patch management with vulnerability management and cybersecurity operations.
- Knowledge of operating systems and application security hardening techniques.
- Experience with cloud security technologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with healthcare provider environments and regulations.
