About the Role
About You
- 2+ years’ experience with NOC concepts, practices, and procedures.
- 4+ years of Linux experience administering web and database servers (LAMP preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP networking including routing, firewalls, VPNs.
- Ability to work irregular hours and participate in on-call support.
- Experience with Nagios, SolarWinds, and/or SNMP monitoring.
- SS7 and SMPP protocol experience.
- Wireless industry experience.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (BASH, PERL) and SQL, preferably MySQL.
