As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for patient registration, insurance eligibility verification, appointment scheduling, and handling general inquiries. About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional telephone manner and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic patient management systems.
- Ability to type 35 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Must be flexible, organized, and function well under pressure.
Preferred:
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Medical Office experience is a plus.
