Salesforce is seeking a Productivity Director to join their AMER SMB Enablement Team in Chicago, IL. The role involves executing the sales enablement strategy and enhancing seller productivity through various programs.
About the Role
As a Productivity Director, you will act as a strategic partner to execute the sales enablement strategy aligned with business priorities. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales metrics, designing enablement programs, and delivering learning solutions to improve seller performance. You will collaborate with Sales Leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure effective program execution and track the impact on business metrics.
About You
Required:
Demonstrated ability to design enablement programs and deliver learning solutions.
Analytical skill set to drive insights from data to measure the impact of enablement programs.
Strong executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
7+ years of experience in Sales and Sales Enablement.
Proven track record of managing projects and adapting to business needs.
Experience enabling Sales Leaders and driving programs through Front Line Sales Managers.
Ability to project manage and drive operational efficiency for large-scale enablement programs.
Preferred:
Experience working with High Velocity Sellers.
Experience driving selling skills at scale.
Understanding of Cloud industry Go-To-Market motions.
Familiarity with key methodologies & trainers (CVI, Sandler, etc.).
Ability to innovate using AI, Slack & Agentforce.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
