About the Role
As a Cloud Solutions Specialist, you will lead discovery calls to understand partner goals, build customized scopes of work, manage project lifecycles, provide guidance on project processes, and collaborate with various teams to support partners effectively.
About You
Required:
- 2-4 years in IT management or administration, ideally with cloud focus.
- Experience supporting or working within managed service environments.
- Foundational understanding of cloud migration tools and cloud concepts.
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Entry-level exposure to Azure.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft 365 Associate and Azure Administrator certifications.
