Summary
Northwoods Ford is seeking a Service Technician to join their team in Minocqua, WI. The role involves performing repairs and diagnostics on vehicles, ensuring high-quality service in accordance with dealership standards.
About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing work specified on repair orders efficiently, diagnosing automotive systems, and communicating with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed. Your daily tasks will include test-driving vehicles, using diagnostic tools, and performing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience.
- ASE & Ford certification.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
