Glean is seeking a Customer Education and Certification Lead to join their team in Palo Alto, CA. The role involves building and scaling a world-class education system that empowers customers to become confident, self-sufficient power users.
About the Role
As the Customer Education and Certification Lead, you will design and operationalize Glean Academy and related certification programs, moving customers from onboarding to advocacy while reducing reliance on 1:1 support. You will create multi-format learning experiences, design certifications, and lead Academy and LMS operations, ensuring content governance and discoverability. Your focus will be on launching minimum-viable learning paths quickly and continuously improving based on performance data.
About You
Required:
5+ years in Customer Education, Learning & Development, Customer Success or closely related fields.
Track record of designing education systems and programs that drive product adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Preferred:
Experience with AI-powered tools and workflows.
Formal instructional design or curriculum building experience.
