About the Role
As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for people leadership, including interviewing and training teacher candidates, conducting classroom observations, managing team schedules, and ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations. You will also focus on customer relations by leading tours for prospective families, communicating with current families about student progress, and maintaining records and files for students and teachers.
About You
Required:
At least one year of center leadership/management experience.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred:
Two or more years of center leadership/management experience.
Professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children.
CPR and First Aid Certification.
Ability to multi-task with attention to details.
