Summary
BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON INTERNATIONAL (U.K.) LTD is seeking a Forescout Engineer to join their team in Riverdale, MD. The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining customer-focused IT solutions in support of client information operations.
About the Role
As a Forescout Engineer, you will collaborate to develop innovative solutions for secure and reliable operations of enterprise computer systems. Your responsibilities include systems administration of cyber tools, managing Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems, and providing support for developmental and operational systems. You will also lead projects, guide lower-level technicians, and resolve complex issues.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Forescout administrator.
- Experience installing, configuring, or maintaining Forescout.
- Experience with DoD Risk Management Framework.
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- HS diploma or GED.
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification.
- FSCA, FSCE, or FSCP Certification.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Cyber Security Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification within 30 days of hire date.
Preferred:
- Experience operating and maintaining Microsoft Windows and Linux servers.
- Experience as a network administrator or systems engineer.
- Experience with Gigamon, FireEye, Ansible, Encase, Fidelis, Suricata, Varonis, or VMware tools.
- Experience with scripting in PowerShell and Bash command line interfaces.
- Experience using Active Directory to manage Windows policies.
- Experience creating system and network diagrams.
- Knowledge of different layers of the technology stack.
- Knowledge of Git and Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
