Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Director / Regional Vice President Portfolio Leader to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves leading Salesforce Professional Services sales and delivery across a portfolio of business within the life sciences industry in the AMER region.

About the Role

As the Sr. Director / Regional Vice President Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of professional services, managing governance and quality assurance, collaborating with sales and consulting teams, and developing strategies to maximize customer value. You will also be accountable for achieving strategic and financial targets while fostering executive relationships and innovating service offerings.

About You

Required:

10+ years of experience in a Services leadership position with proven quota attainment.
10+ years of work experience with deep industry expertise in the life sciences industry.
10+ years of experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing staff.
5+ years at Salesforce or in the Salesforce ecosystem with direct P&L responsibility.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Preferred:

10+ years of experience in a Product/Program Management role.
CRM, software/hardware services experience.
Experience in web-based, Cloud Computing.
MBA and technical disciplines.
Product Management certification.
