About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing one-on-one behavior therapy, assisting clients with activities of daily living, maintaining accurate client records, collecting data on client progress, collaborating with the treatment team, and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
About You
Required:
- Active RBT Credential in good standing.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with individuals and their families.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
