About the Role
As an Engineer, AI Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for building next-generation virtual assistant experiences, focusing on unassisted customer interactions. Your tasks will include analyzing, designing, and implementing features for conversational AI, maintaining backend services, and supporting the transition from legacy systems to modern tools like Google ADK. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and reduce the need for human agent interactions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of professional engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering skills with Python.
- Established problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred:
- Experience developing with Google ADK or similar frameworks.
- Conversant with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred, React or Angular acceptable).
- Experience with Single Page Applications and global state management.
- Familiarity with Node.js/NPM.
- Experience with analytics tools or frameworks.
