About the Role
As a Front-End Software Developer, you will lead end-to-end front-end implementation, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and drive experimentation across the platform. You will help shape the future of a premium lifestyle and business brand by crafting polished, user-friendly digital experiences.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced development environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable owning major front-end projects.
- Strong communicator capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solver.
- Confident in managing deadlines and working under pressure.
- Willingness to assist other teams and jump into cross-functional work as needed.
- Attention to detail with strong QA and debugging skills.
- Professional and courteous team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Independent with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Practical experience with HTML and CSS, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Git, MySQL, Linux.
- Application of modern web standards and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with RSpec and React (optional).
