About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you will administer patient care to individuals with advanced illnesses or injuries requiring complex and timely interventions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, utilizing specialized equipment, collaborating with medical staff, and developing individualized care plans. You will also serve as a patient advocate and mentor for new team members.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
- More than 1 year of RN experience and a minimum of 1-2 years of ICU RN experience.
Preferred:
- ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC certifications for certain areas.
- Experience in a high-acuity nursing environment.
