Summary
Constellation Dealer Group is seeking an Innovation Manager to join their team in Arlington, TX. The role involves managing growth initiative projects from conception to commercialization, focusing on innovative solutions for the dealership market.
About the Role
As an Innovation Manager, you will manage selected growth initiative projects, coordinate resources, evaluate outcomes, and present project forecasts. You will develop business plans, validate financial models, and make recommendations to executive leadership. The role requires overseeing projects to ensure financial investments meet established IRR and minimizing investments for non-viable initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience in Product Management or Business Development roles interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with preference for small business environments.
- Excellent influencing and leadership skills.
- Financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Project management experience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience with dealerships and OEM.
- Experience with software and ERP sales.
- Business acumen to understand business processes and identify opportunities for products and services.
