About the Role
As an Operations & Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining internal systems for program management, overseeing project logistics, and ensuring clear communication between clients and creative teams. You will proactively identify risks and opportunities, facilitate meetings, and enforce operational processes to enhance efficiency and clarity.
About You
Required:
- Deep experience in program management or operations, ideally in a design or creative agency.
- Extreme attention to detail with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Proven ability to run multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
- Clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Notion, Airtable), Figma, and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of creative production pipelines (design, video, web).
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
