The Baker Center for Children and Families is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves supporting the behavioral growth and development of students through assessment and intervention.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work with a caseload of students, developing behavior support plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing training and coaching to staff. You will also participate in interdisciplinary consultations regarding IEP goals and provide crisis intervention as necessary.
About You
Required:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
Minimum of 1+ years working with children.
Current licensure as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Preferred:
Familiarity with positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS).
