About You
- Must live in or move to Cambridge, MA - Hybrid opportunity.
- Must currently be in Sr Director level at a pharma.
- Marketing commercial analytics leadership experience in pharma.
- Knowledge of immunology market.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience performing analytics and insights for a pharmaceutical brand.
- Experience leading a pharma brand from an Insights perspective - Sr Director level.
- Solid understanding of commercial business and industry standard data.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skill set, including Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking capabilities with ability to synthesize large amounts of information.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience launching multiple brands from an insights and analytics perspective.
- Ability to drive change management/organizational transformation through collaboration and lateral leadership.
