About the Role
As a Payroll/HR Compliance Analyst, you will review and analyze legislative changes related to payroll, tax, and HR administration across 48 states. You will develop and implement procedures to support payroll processes and internal controls, collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency, and translate regulatory changes into clear, actionable information through written communications, reference materials, and training sessions.
About You
Required:
Background in payroll, tax, or HR compliance.
Strong analytical skills to review and interpret legislative changes.
Preferred:
Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
Familiarity with payroll processes and internal controls.
